This is a ‘slush fund’ and as such the donations will be used for recreation and enjoyment purposes. Any donations collected are NOT promised to any cause other than perhaps covering server/hosting fees, buying a few books or something, and possibly paying for membership fees to particular online clubs/groups and/or purchasing particular software for the purpose of relieving the tension of being pretty much housebound and useless. The account connected is NOT linked to any bank accounts and donations cannot be transferred or exchanged for cold hard cash. Read further for more details..
I will never solicit donations from you. I do not want you to ever feel obligated to donate to my account. If we have made an agreement regarding payment for a service rendered (ie; a theme, custom graphic, artwork) , we will be very clear as to the sum of the donation as well as it’s meaning.
If you simply appreciate my art work, writing or my design work and you wish to “gift” me then please do so at your will and discretion. If a holiday comes up or a birthday and you’d like to do something for me, it is very appreciated and you’re more than welcome to donate but it is not an obligation, I cannot stress that enough. I will still appreciate you whether you’re a Trump or a hillbilly.
If you’d like to help offset the costs of my hosting plan and/or server fees: thank you, it’s not as cheap as it used to be, I appreciate it muchly. I enjoy this site, I’m very glad that you do too.
This button is here because I have several friends all over the world who have asked me to put it here because they want to help out when they can and because customs and borders are really crappy when it comes to sending tangible gifts. This button is here because I do design work for people and I do not have a specific set price list, we work out what the person can afford. This button is here because lots of bloggers have them, I’m just some designer/artist chick on the net with a blog, that’s pretty much it.
