• That's about the 5th or 6th car I've heard stuck in the snow out front and there are at least 3 school districts closed here today.. #
• So far, this has been a quiet and mostly peaceful birthday, I approve! #
• Also, more weather closures pouring in here in SJ. Schools were closed, malls closing shortly & public transit being pulled at 6. #
• SJ city garbage removal has been postponed until tomorrow night, I'm also hearing of possible road & highway closures. #
• My power sort of "shimmered" earlier, a kind of flicker/stutter. The wind isn't as bad as expected but the snow has really heaped. #
• Fortunately for me: my devices are charged, I have loads of coca cola, and the kids love playing in blankets *just in case* #
• Also fortunate: I got the kids all new winter gear just two days before Snowpocalypse hit our city. #
