Oh the fucking week I’ve had. My allergies kicked up again, my tits are sore, I haven’t been able to fall asleep at a reasonable time in days, it appears as though I’m headed into that oh-so-blessed ‘premature menopause’ zone, my son is hyper and wired for sound, my former daughter attacked me again over bullshit (bonus points for the exhub trying to weasel in to “fix” shit?), then “she who must not be named” has suddenly reappeared (bloody Whoredemort) and my knees are screaming like we’re headed for a freakin’ monsoon.. I’m cranky and frayed but I’m getting by.

Premature menopause? Really? Is that a result of your previous illness and/or medication?

@X. Dell, actually yes. I asked the doctors if these symptoms could be premature mp and they agreed that it could be and in fact it’s quite likely because it has been known to happen with autoimmune diseases and with years of harsh extended med therapies like mine… There’s nothing much to do about it as yet, the symptoms are so mild, not debilitating or anything.. Even still, they’re shy on considering hormone therapy because it’s known for increased cancer risk and given my family history as well as my personal history, it’s probably not even going to be a question, just a simple an resounding “no”.
